Baptism

Little Miss Heidi was baptized July 12, 2009 at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Apple Valley, MN.
This is the cute little bracelet she received from her Godparents, Uncle Jason and Auntie Suzie.
This is her mommy's christening dress. It was made by her great-great Aunt Bernice Trautman. The booties are from Grandma Boehnlein. So far the dress has been worn by mommy, Heidi and her cousins Alicia and Heather.

Happy 4th of July!

Como Zoo

I went to the Como zoo with Mommy and Daddy last Sunday.
It was such a beautiful day!
We saw all the flowers in the conservatory. I thought the tropics trail was really humid but had gorgeous flowers and trees to look at. Check out the huge leaf I was standing by!
I saw monkeys, lions, giraffes, a zebra, seals, a giant tortoise, an ostrich, and lots of people!!
We'll probably make another visit sometime, but on a weekday!!
